Purple Martins have been called America's favorite bird. From early January to April the citizens of Louisiana, scout the arrival of the Purple Martin to the area. More than the migratory bird that flocks under the Causeway Bridge, the Purple Martin has landed at bar 38 in the form of our signature cocktail. The combination of Absolute Citron, Parfait Amor (flavored by Spanish Blood Oranges) and a squeeze of fresh lime juice make it one of the most refreshing cocktails ever. With a brilliant violet color and the perfect balance of sweet and sour, it’s a martin(i) like no other.
